Italian investigators base on unessential arguments in order to prove that Michael Rasmussen has doped

According to Italian laws, intake of medications that possess performance-enhancing effects is illegal in this country.
Italy’s Anti-Narcotic Group is very strict and even aggressive in its activity to catch athletes who are suspected in administration of anabolic steroids or other prohibited products that possess performance-enhancing effects. Recently the investigation was linked with the Danish cyclist Michael Rasmussen.
Hidden hearing system was established in a certain pharmacy. The recordings do not contain any information that could prove that Rasmussen had bought anabolic steroids. But they contain a sound of an ampoule which is broken and thrown into a metal can. The investigators base their statements on this sound. They put effort to affirm with the help of this sound that the well-known Danish cyclist doped. Michael Rasmussen says that the investigators conclude that he was on the steroid therapy on that day. Don’t you find this conlusion strange?
The Danish sportsperson noticed that he had bought some medications from the pharmacist Guido Nigreli for himself, his family and his pets. He noted that he had got only legal medications for medical needs. The Danish sportsperson pointed out that he hadn’t got and utilized any prohibited medicines for performance-enhancing effects.
It is known that Rasmussen’s sport history is not simple one. However this cyclist is a high level sportsperson and he is quite celebrated, he wasn’t honest in any situation. This sportsman was removed from the 2007 Tour the France for lying. He was wearing the yellow jersey in the days before the race. He violated the rule of Tour the France and was banned for two years.
