Persons that take anabolic steroids become similar to Magilla Gorilla

Employees of Oconee County which is located in South Carolina will be tested for anabolic steroids. Scott Moulder, County Administrator, stated about probable the Oconee County Council’s changes in the list of narcotic drugs. There is a possibility that anabolic steroids will be added to this list.
Since steroids began to be widely used by law enforcement officers in many states, the chairman of the public safety committee Wayne McCall said about an important decision. He pointed out that steroid testing should be performed in Oconee County. The chairman explained why it was decided to test employees for the forbidden products. According to the chairman, anabolic steroids have extremely negative influence on people. They turn normal individuals to crazy ones. Wayne McCall compared individuals that administrate anabolic steroids with “Magilla Gorilla” that may become aggressive and kill others. So, Wayne McCall believes that consumers of steroids are too dangerous individuals for society. Wayne McCall points out that intake of these forbidden medications is an increasing problem in almost all states. Even police officials and firefighters take these illegal preparations that cause behavioral problems and uncontrolled aggression.
McCall claimed that certain legislators and firefighters were similar to Magilla Gorilla, the character of the 1960 animated series “The Magilla Gorilla”. McCall stated that such officers might affect own health and life or even murder other people.
It was the first time when consumers of anabolic steroids were compared with the cartoon character Magilla Gorilla. Some individuals claim that the comparison is ironical.
However it is believed that steroid testing will benefit, it is important to remember that it will cost too much money from taxpayers funds.
