The sprinter Usain Bolt wins because he has hard trainings

Sebastian Coe, the chairman of the London Organising Committee 2012, claims that the runner Usain Bolt may break another world record without intake of anabolic steroids or/and other forbidden drugs. There was a discussion about influence of steroids on increase of performance and records.

Coe claims that there are rare situations, when those who utilize steroids and don’t have hard trainings break world records.
Actually, a lot of elite sprinters have been sentenced to bans because they have tested positive for steroids. Three of them received the title “The World’s Fastest Man”. They include Ben Johnson, Justin Gatlin and Tim Montgomery. Beside of them, such runners, as LaShawne Merritt, Marion Jones, Dwain Chambers and Kelli White tested positive for banned medications and were suspended.

Sebastian Coe notices that since he could break world records without intake of steroids or/and other related drugs, Usain Bolt will be capable to do it as well.
Coe states that he has broken 12 world records and never applied any banned drug.
