Jane Fonda told in an interview for “The Sunday Telegraph” that she had administrated the steroid testosterone. This was her first time, when she made her administration of testosterone public. This woman is 73 years old. She admitted that she had begun to use testosterone when she was 70 years old. Her purpose was to increase her libido. The woman desired to improve her sex life.
It is necessary to note that Jane Fonda was considered to be the sex symbol of 1960s. Recently she wrote a new book. It was entitled following: “Prime Time: Love, health, sex, fitness, friendship, spirit-making the most of all of your life”. As you guess, she writes what people have to do in order to achieve healthy life, healthy sex and to have satisfaction the whole life. A chapter describes methods to induce sex drive in older people. But there is no any reference to steroids.
Jane Fonda noted about undesirable reactions of the steroid testosterone in the interview for “The Sunday Telegraph”. She told that she had discontinued taking the steroid testosterone because of acne . Nevertheless, Jane Fonda recommends using testosterone to improve sex life.
As it is known, the steroid testosterone is an excellent drug for enhancement of sex drive. But unexpected results of this medication can be quite serious. The FDA didn’t approve this steroid to increase sex drive in females. Several persons believe that conservative attitudes to sexuality of women disturbed the FDA from approval of this product for female libido.
