Trainers are responsible for decisions of student-athletes to use controlled substances

Brian McNamee affirms that coaches are the principal persons that promote administration of anabolic steroids. The convicted distributor of steroids confirms that coaches have the most essential influence on decisions of young sportspeople to apply banned preparations. Their influence is larger than one of street dealers that offer banned products for sales, trying to convince young athletes that they may succeed due to usage of these drugs. Brian McNamee supposes that coaches and the society teach young athletes that they must win at any cost. This aspect pressures students that are involved in sports. It induces causing their decision to take steroids and other related products.
Brian McNamee was invited to share his point of view at the Nassau Counselors Association’s conference. He had a speech  during a presentation that was called “Creating a Safe Environment for Our Student-Athletes”. He received an honorarium of 200 dollars. McNamee donated this sum of money to the Taylor Hooton Foundation.
McNamee is known better as a trainer that has injected Roger Clemens with anabolic steroids and HGH. It was noted that he kept all syringes and vials which were applied for injecting Clemens with steroids during approximately 7 years. Brian McNamee supported accusations of federal prosecutors against Clemens.
The testimony of McNamee induced writing the Mitchell Report on steroids in the Major League Baseball. The Report was worth of 20 million dollars. It was publicized in December 2007. Testimonies of Brian McNamee and Kirk Radomski represented the base for writing the report. They provided evidence linked with usage of steroids in professional baseball. These persons were enforced to collaborate with investigators of the Mitchell Report. It was their agreement that was achieved because of charges related to steroids.
The agreement also suggests that McNamee will testify as a government witness in the trial of Roger Clemens. He couldn’t pronounce details related to the case of Roger Clemens during the Nassau Counselors Association. But the time will come, when he says the story connected with Clemens.
However it was declared a mistrial in the first trial connected with the case of Roger Clemens, it was scheduled another trial.
