In addition to main organizers, more than 10 people united with Treasure Coast Pharmacy are charged in selling of HGH, steroids and pain pills.
The owner of the Pharmacy is believed to import steroids from China.
The state Department of Health ordered to close the pharmacy. The owner of the Pharmacy forfeited pharmacist license.
He could be imprisoned to 20 years.
It is believed that Treasure Coast Pharmacy produced great amounts of steroids and HGH. The owner of the Pharmacy filled more than 80% of the prescriptions. According to the orders, these preparations were also transported to some other places.
Treasure Coast Pharmacy was also linked with clinics owned by Forgione. Nowadays the owner is in a federal prison.
